    Hello from central florida

    Hey there all.
Pretty new to the hammocking thing.
Girlfriend had here eye on the the ENO's and well after she recieved it as a gift and I tried it out all the mayhem began.
We chose the ENO products cause we have a local non chain store that we like supporting, and they carry pretty much all of the ENO gear.
Both set ups are conciderable lighter than our tent that weighs in pretty heavy.
We have been looking for a way to do some island camping and the tent is way too big and heave to carry on the kayaks.

So here are some pics of our 1st few trips.

1st trip to the spoil islands we were greeted with high winds and a small craft advisory.
Wouldnt you know it a few hundred yards away a 17ft boat capsizes taking a group to a different island to go camping.
We found that out when we got back to dry land.
The second trip there was alot more enjoyable.
So here are some pictures for your enjoyment.

    Welcome! Nice report! Great pictures...

I spent a lot of time in Lakeland and Plant City with my aunt and uncle. Great area!

Nice to see the pic of the little island, girlfreind walking the sandbar. Looks great but a little hard to see folks in such warm weather and sun.

Welcome to HF! Those are great pics, if you've got any trip reports would love to hear them. I am looking into getting a kayak as one of my co-workers has one and is now bugging me to get one and go on some trips!! Which ones do you have?

Nice pics. Reminds me of my younger days in Orlando (Casselberry). Titusville huh? Many good dinners at Dixie Crossroads ! Would love to see more pics as you get them. Reminds me of good times!
