First full family hammock trip (of sorts)

5 hammocks (3 of them borrowed)
    Zero trees
    2 nights
3 excited kiddos (one who just helped buy her own Hennessy Cub) and 1 adventurous wife

The hangs aren't anywhere near perfect but it was a lot of fun setting it all up. Smores, late night snuggles and hammock tuck-ins, and general enjoyment all around.

We've decided to keep up the structure and have a backyard hammock playground for a while. I'm hoping for a trip with more trees soon.

You can see my buddies XLC protesting my jankie homemade UQ.

That looks soooooo fun!!!! I love taking my 8yo daughter hanging with me, she's definitely a daddy's girl. My wife will hang when we camp with our youngest GS Troop, but prefers her camping experience to include 4 walls, a bed, running water and a continental breakfast, lol. Our older 2 daughters, 19 & 17, never really got into it like the little one did. She loves hiking and hanging, I've even made her her own simple gathered end hammock to use in her bed room sometimes lol. Keep the pics coming, love it !!!! ~ Chesapeake:l

Thanks Chesapeake! It has been a blast. My 10 yo has tried out the RR and the XLC (uh, she may be starting off a bit too top shelf). My 7 yo loves her new Hennessy Cub that she chipped in her own money for.

Tonight will be our 4th night. Woot!
