Thank you, lazyboy! That is very thoughtful! Unfortunately, barley is one of the grains that has gluten. (Wheat, barley, and rye. And the vast majority of oats are cross contaminated with it because of the way they’re processed.) I never really knew any of that until I had to. Haha!
But I GREATLY appreciate the consideration. That stew sounds quite yummy!
