    HG, LLG, JRB winter quilts!

*UPDATE - LLG Carolina Reaper and HG Burrow are SOLD*

I am listing my 3 warmest hammock quilts for sale. Each is a great piece of gear and has served me well for a few seasons of cold Midwestern winters. My only reason for parting with them is that I have a new 0° set of Hammock Gear premiums on order.

Hammock Gear currently has 11 week lead times, and Loco Libre isn’t taking new orders until they get caught up. Grab this opportunity to get some toasty warm down quilts in time for autumn/winter camping without the long wait!

All items are free of stains, damage, and/or repairs. All have been stored uncompressed in 100L Sterilite bins in a climate controlled, smoke-free home.

Jacks R Better Greylock 4 underquilt – This is a Ύ or torso-length underquilt that JRB say is conservatively rated to 0° F (-17° C). The color is dark olive, and the fill is 800 FP Activ-dri down. This quilt features the new version of their secondary suspension, as shown in one of the photos below.

    Length: 56”
    Width: 42”
Outer shell color: Dark Olive Nylon 1.1
Inner Shell Color: Black Nylon 1.1
    Total weight: 22.1 oz (626.4g)
Note: JRB does not include stuff sacks with their quilts. This quilt does include a clear plastic storage bag, as shown.

RRP is $230 + shipping. I am listing this quilt for $175 with insured shipping to the lower 48 states. PayPal only, please.

    Plastic storage bag shown:

New version of secondary suspension. Adjusting this cordlock along the primary quilt suspension functions as an adjustable secondary suspension without using any additional shock cord. The flat cord that also passes through the cordlock is the adjustment for the end cinches.

Hammock Gear 0° Economy Burrow topquilt
    Length: Standard (74”)
    Width: Standard (50”)
    Outer shell color: Black Ion
Inner Shell Color: Charcoal Gray Ion
    Footbox style: Sewn
    Ground pad attachment kit: No
Extra Down: +3 oz, 800 FP duck down
Fill weight: ~23.4 oz, 800 FP duck down
Total weight: 31.5 oz (893.0g) in stuff sack
Includes stuff sack and cotton storage sack

    UPDATE: SOLD for $185.

Loco Libre Gear (minus) -20° Carolina Reaper underquilt – This is an amazingly warm quilt and frankly just a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. My coldest night in this was -16°F. I’m a little sad to let this one go, but I know it will find a good home.

    Length: 77”
    Width: 44”
Outer shell color: Black Argon 90
Inner shell color: Burnt Orange Argon 67 Taffeta
Draft collars: Same as inner shell
    Outer stitching: Orange
    Inner stitching: Black
Primary suspension is heavy duty 3/16” shock cord
Extra down: +3 oz, 900 FP DownTek goose down
Fill weight: ~29 oz, 900 FP DownTek goose down
Total weight: 45.9 oz (1301.8g) in stuff sack
Includes stuff sack, but no cotton storage sack included

    UPDATE: SOLD for $375.

This photo shows the beastee D rings at the center of each side, which can be used to add extra support to the quilt. I never found them necessary.

The loft conservatively measure 4.5” or a little higher.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks a bunch for looking!

    Chris
