Everyone brings a growler filled with the choice of beverage to share. This way we can all get to sample various brews. We each bring your own sampler cup. This is better than passing a bottle.

Took a peek at the long range forecast for next weekend. Good news: mild temps with lows in the 50’s. (Though I prefer the colder temps) Bad News: rain but that can easily change.

I'm down with the Growl-Off! I live right by the Old Busthead brewery and have two growlers that I will fill. One will be either the Carmel Macchiato or Imperial Stout and the other I will leave to the group to decide. Here's the link to OB. Post your suggestions for the ale / pilsner / lager choice.

    https://www.oldbusthead.com/

Also, I was considering a 4p-6p Friday GYOK (Grill Your Own Kabob). I plan on bringing some Teriyaki pork tenderloin skewers for our group but if others are interested please advise and I will prepare an additional 20-30 skewers. Folks can just grab one and grill it themselves so we don't have any contact concerns. Let me know.

    Looking forward to this weekend!

The Carmel looks good. I was going to say the Vixen but then saw the Root Beer. I’ve always liked a craft brewed RB.

We were planning Kabobs for Sat but may change that and cook ours w/ you. We have one vegetarian.

Just realized. My wife grew up at the other end of Lake Brittle from you.

Small world Jimbo. We're right across from Auburn Middle School.

The Carmel is a favorite of mine as well. Ill just wait and see what the others want for The pilsner/ale/lager option.

Good news on the skewers! Should be fun

Just checked the weather and we look good for all of Friday and then Saturday up to around 10 pm. The only bummer is we will all have to pack up and load in the rain Sunday am. Oh well. We'll sleep well in the rain Saturday night!

I think the Carmel sounds good too.

I live across the street from Sweetwater Tavern so I can bring a growler or two from them.

Looks like all of Oak Ridge is sold out now for Sat night. Wife and I were still working on being able to make it, if anyone is able to split a site for just Sat we would be interested.

I’m sure we can find a way to slide you in somewhere. I know I have two more possible for Sat. But if they are not able to come I can fit you.

My schedule just changed, and I can now make it to the hang. Unfortunately, the campground is completely booked, so maybe I'll just plan to come up for the day on Saturday. If someone has room for a single hammock, please let me know. Thanks!
