That's incredible! My first few experiences with hammocks have made my back more sore and I have chronic back pain (lower). But I'm giving hammocks another go and figure proper setup will make a big difference. So glad you got some relief from your back pain.

I found if I am on my back I need to put something under my feet to lift them up a little higher. I hangout and watch tv in my hammock and if I don’t do that I get lower back pain again.

Most of the time I sleep on my side in the hammock.

    Under your feet? Or knees?

Just depends on how I feel at the time. Most of the time under my feet. You may have to also adjust your hammock to hang at the right tension and angle. I know some people swear that you need a certain angle but I think depends on you and your setup.
