I think I should do the proper thing and re-introduce myself. IÂ’ve been absent from the forum for about 3 years. Due to a major work upheaval then 3 eye surgeries over a few years, and no backpacking or even just a one night hang, IÂ’m getting back at it, with doctor permission. 😜
I have all my hammock stuff dusted off and tested out. Ready for fall.
Been backpacking for 45 years (I’m only “39” years old”). Grew up in the Ouchitas and Ozarks.
Then graduated to Oregon, Colorado, etc etc.
Really looking forward to being in the community again.
IÂ’m affectionately calling myself One Old Goat these days. Wolf just doesnÂ’t fit since my eye doc wonÂ’t let me run anymore. Glad to be back on the trails and under the trees.
