    welcome to the forum. I don't know where you can hang down there in southern AZ as you have no trees....just those saguaro cacti. I suppose you use a stand. Sedona has many places to hang as they have trees there and Flagstaff as well.

    Hi Tyroler! Southern AZ has what are called Sky Islands. Mountains not in a range but just jutting out of nothing. Southern AZ used to have mountains as tall af the Himilayas but now they have eroded down to just the tallest peaks, which are separated by large basins. Super interesting landscape.
