We can discuss ways to be safe but it's my hope we can all respect each other, especially those most concerned and at risk.

One way is wearing a mask when we need to be very close to others.

Another idea is trying to space the tables as best we can.
According to the group size and likelihood of rain, we might not put all 8 tables under the big tarp.
Mater of fact, it would be good to set up a few descent sized tarps, maybe 10' x 10' or so, very close to the main tarp with tables under them.
Those can be used as folks see fit... cooking eating, socializing, etc.

Does anyone have a large igloo type water cooler?
we can add hot and cold water to it so we have nice, warm water for hand washing.
We would put it on one of the tables on the down hill side from the main tarp, separate table and tarp maybe so we don't have to walk in a wet spot to much.

    And hand sanitizer of course.
I have one will bring. Good idea! I'll see if I can work up a better valve other the the push button.

Can anyone get some gloves? Look back at Hootennany 2020; LDCakes had it dialed in on that one. Gloves, mask and disposable everything for the serving line. Not too eco friendly but it worked.

I have a big stash of gloves in two sizes both nitrile and latex. I'm in a very high risk group and appreciate and willing to contribute to those that want to accommodate folks like me.

Thanks, Slowhike, for the notice. Not sure I can make it. I'll keep it in mind, though. Family definitely won't be able to come this year. School has become difficult to miss.

Hope it works out for you Scott.
Tell your daughter we kept her art work on the HF banner for a couple years, just changed the dates. But eventually it began to scrubbed around.

According to the group size and likelihood of rain,
I think it has rained at the majority of the hangs. At the first Fall Hang I had to take down our hammocks in the rain. The next day it snowed. We all stayed dry but the one person in a tent got flooded out and got the trail name of Soggy Bottoms
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
