Thanks to all who made the Grayson Hang a reality and a success (at least in my eyes!). In spite of the liquid sunshine! Thanks for all the good tips for hanging!

VA, 9th Grayson Highlands (Fall Festival?) Hang, Sept 24-28, 2020

Slowhike and Hickery, thanks for a great hang. The location is outstanding, the weather got better, but the folks were as always the best part. Always great to see everyone. The food, the hike Kennyray and UncleBubba, and the surprise winnings. What more could a fella ask for in an epic weekend.

Oh, and a little shout out to the Maple King. We were able to look over all the maples starting to change colors and may i say it looked like a stupendous start to fall. Thank ye’ Maple King sir, where ever you may be in your kingdom.

P.S. I haven’t told the mrs yet, but the painting is going above the mantle! Fantastic job Monsieur Shug!

I hate that I missed this one. I've been out of the loop too much with working on my house. I did make it out to the piney woods though, so I guess that I was there in spirit.

I give it one and a half days over the mantle and then you will be directed to hang it in the garage or carport......! Or gear area.
    Thankee.

    Great to meet you.
Hope you'll attend other hangs, ask and learn more about how to get the most out of your hammock system.

Hickery and I appreciate the thanks but Rockdawg is a big part of the planning as well, not to mention the huge amount of work he puts into providing 1st class cooking, along with Gunny76 and others!
I too will something make and joy in it's making
