Hello to all - wanting to share pics of my recent project. I'm excited as this space was repurposed from a kids swing set to this:

Always fun to start work on a new project. Did the kids grow up or are they now hammock campers?

They grew out of the swing set that's for sure, just wanted to new / updated feature for the yard - everyone seems to enjoy it so far. We have camped but not in hammocks. I wanted something in the yard to relax in for a short time as often as I could / can....

Nice. Time for a camping trip in the back yard.
Crayons - they might look different, but they all taste the same

thanks - trying to figure out some lighting now; I don't want to run an extension cord 40 + ft and i don't have power over there. I tired solar, I didn't care for it and we have alot of shade.... may just go w/ Tiki torches for the time being.

you can get the string led lights like ENO or the Big Agnes ones, unbranded at cvs or other drug stores around the holidays sold as "table lights" usually get real cheap after x-mas 2AA batteries will last a good while and they are pretty resilient, im sure a little searching on google or amazon will turn up a good amount of budget friendly items, i run them along my tarp ridgeline and all my tieouts so no one trips during a big winter trip i do every year

Or a couple of Luci Lights.

I think you’ll also be surprised about how light it is in your back yard once your eyes adjust.

+1 on the Luci light. So bright I don't carry it anymore.
