First hang with new Dutchware tarp, free porch mode

First hang with my new Dutchware tarp

I found a new benefit, you don't need anything extra to go porch mode. I tied one side lower and loosened the porch side.

Yeah a 12' wide tarp. I have a smaller one and I got a bit wet with some sideways rain. I wanted a real storm tarp, and one that can do better in late fall.

This was my first test run of it.

That's pretty cool! I've been looking at getting an internal pole tarp and couldn't find many pics of the single pole version. Thanks for sharing.

So you just tension everything down, then when you want to lift the side for porch mode, you just let up some tension in the side that raises? Is it that simple?

Yup that simple, I was looking around for good sticks and wasn't having much luck, tried and and was impressed.

Really roomy as well, even when I went full storm mode, I had a bunch of room under the tarp.
