Question Questions about Stitch lines of ENO Skylite hammock

Hi! 2 years ago I brought REI Co-OP Quarter Dome Air Hammock form REI shop. Yesterday my friend try to lay in it and he like it. But we try to order but REI said 'This product is no longer available, but don't go just yet.' So my friend interesting ENO Skylite Hammock. But I wondering about big stitch lines under hammock. Why stitch line so widely? Stitch lines can make uncomfortable of feeling skin when lay on it? And it's durable?

If you have this model, what inside stitch lines?

    Thank you.

Thats why most of us don't buy ENO. We buy from our cottage vendors

You can get a really nice hammock from a cottage vendor, sometimes cheaper than you can an eno

Check out the vendor section of Hammockforums.net for a list or

Poster powerboil is in Thailand -- it might be tough to come by US-made cottage vendor goods there.

But powerboil, you are correct -- those stitching lines in the part where you lay can be uncomfortable. Usually pretty secure, but still an annoyance. The best way is for the hammock to essentially be made out of one big sheet of fabric, with no seams, hemmed on the sides and with channels in the ends for attachment.

Better idea then. If you can shop Amazon, check out the Onewind hammock. It is a one piece hammock and they have really good quality items!
