Just bought it and tried it several times and decided to sell it. My 30 day return option with WB has just lapsed so Im posting to sell on here. Only thing that shows I used it is very little wear on the straps.
Its a single layer Brown 30D nylon with the bug screen. Has Polyester webbing, with buckles and a pair of caribaners.
