Lineloc 3 slipping

Z packs sells a lineloc 5 designed for smaller lines. Another option. https://zpacks.com/products/lineloc-v-with-loop. I bought some for the same reason you mention and they work fine. No slipping.

Dutchware Gear also has the Line Lock V for smaller lines.

I use Lineloc 3 hooks with Z-Packs 1.2mm Z-Line on my HG Palace. Out of the box, they won't hold.

Curious, when you say "Lineloc 3 hooks" are you referring to these? https://dutchwaregear.com/product/line-lock-hook/

For what it's worth, I just tried out some of those line lock hooks from Dutch. They seem to be holding well on 1.8 mm Reflect-It. Dutch's site says they hold 1.5 to 2.5mm cord. I've been comparing these with hookworms. Overall, the line lock hooks are easier to adjust than the hookworms. If the line lock hooks don't slip, I might use these instead of hookworms.

Dutch also sells the Slide Lock that works with smaller cordage. I prefer the Line Loc V, though. Dutch and Joe at Zpacks had these made to fit their 1.3mm cord.
