A bit of unexpected business came up, so we can’t make it today. The way the wind is blowing outside just now kind of makes me wonder how fast most stakes would pull out if I tried to hang a tarp with this going on. Best wishes to all who come early, and may central N.C. Calm down quickly.

Looks like great temperatures for Fri/Sat/Sun! I'll be coming Friday afternoon. Going to do an overnight over at little island creek with a friend and back to Yates Sat morning. I'll be bringing plates and some of the best tasting (and least healthy) potato salad from a BBQ joint here for the potluck Sat night.

I'll also be looking to pick up the camp chair I left at Grayson....the wife is convinced I'm leaving this stuff behind on purpose as an excuse to make the next hang!
