I tried it last year. Pretty crowded Saturday morning. Not much happening on the fish side. Might bring my stuff and try further upstream.

Most of you might remember (Ok 3 of ya lol) I missed last year because of surgery and rehab.
Thank the Lord that's behind me for the most part.
The date is in my calendar but I may have to leave Sat morning to make a retirement cookout for our Pastor later that evening.

That Thursday I'll be in Shelby for some service work on the Jeep and will just leave there and head on in possible around lunch time. I may have to smuggle in some Bridges BBQ to bring up da hill for my supper. lol I hope to meet the new ones and rekindle the old acquaintances......

Oh, not only will there be no TuTu's but I hear the Mango Croc tamer is limping around and won't be there to push me up the hill. So there go'e all the side entertainment, Sorry!

    Hope to see y'all there.

I've not decided yet but I might just lug the spaceship (Tentsile Connect) out for the weekend. It's not gotten any use recently and it's only a mile or so.

Well here goes. I am planning to make this one. I plan to come up Thursday so that I can be recovered by Friday and enjoy the rest of the weekend. Right now I’m trying to get my pack weight down under the 75 lb. mark. See you there!
If you prepare for failure you will probably succeed.

We are planning a Thursday arrival, hopefully in the morning. No guarantees but that's what we're aiming for. Bringing the following items to share ketchup, mustard, and mayo packets for the hot dog roast, making chili Saturday night, plastic ware/serving utensils, and trash bags to keep the piney forest lookin purdy. Can't wait to make the journey from good ole Indiana to NC where it is my opinion that the atmosphere is 100% heaven! See you all soon

I have not seen one of these set up since a Spring Fling Hang at Myrtle Beach.
