    Great pics!

You're very fortunate. I wish my kids were into the outdoors.

Looks like a really nice time spent out in the woods. I'm mildly envious, my son isn't really into the outdoors stuff, let alone camping or hiking. Great pictures!

Awesome! Sorry to hear about those who kids who aren't in to it. Later this month my hiking buddy, his son and I are heading up to NC to meet up with my son and his wife and 2 dogs to go on a 3 nighter. I was surprised my son agreed to go...he's active duty USMC and he hates their version of hiking and camping.

Hah, no...probably will make shrimp boil hobo packs for the first night. Since we'll be getting a late start, we only plan on hiking about mile and half in to camp. It's really a 3 day/2 nighter but we have a 9 hr drive from Florida and they're coming from Camp Lejeune to western NC>

I love FLA. wanna go back. 9 hours is some serious dedication. It’s exciting to think you driving so far to meet up with your son. I’m so happy my son is the age he is I have a 12 year old daughter too. I’m so blessed!! TYG.
