Fantastic. Perfect age for some quality time with Pa. My kids are grown, moved far away, and have kids of their own. Cherish the time you have. PS: don't get that stove too close to your UQ ;-)

It's good to see a trip report from Benson Burner! Seems like it has been awhile. I have to say, though, that the last pic reminds me of Yoda and son of Yoda. That look in your eye...you something know, you do?

Hahaha. Thank you sir. Well I need a new computer I have over a years worth of trip reports to edit. Maybe soon I can get a new Mac. For some reason I’m not sure maybe because I couldn’t make videos I shopped coming into the forums. But I woke up today and was like: hammock forums I’m gonna pay my membership so I can communicate with people on a forum where there’s not so much nasty stuff. It’s therapeutic for me actually to be back. Can’t believe I was gone for so long!! Thanks.

Yeah as we were getting ready to leave I pointed out a dry spot under a cedar tree, and said maybe we can leave that here for someone to use if they find this spot, boy he flashed me a quick concerned look, no Dad I want to keep this and bring it home.
Ok son, that’s fine, (smiling) we can take it home. Hahaha.
I’ll always remember it too. Hopefully many more to come. Thank you.
