Hi All,
I am looking for advice on the best way to cut and then re-seal the ends of a polyethylene fabric tarp I purchased off Amazon that I'm planning to use as a ground tarp under my sleeping area.
This one: (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I did find these (and many other sites/videos) in my search:

*I also saw the hasty hooch videos, but it didn't seem to apply to my project exacly.
At this point I've seen suggestions for everything from using a soldering iron to make the cut (to seal the ends like 550 cord), making a hem line and sewing (which may be difficult on a 10x15 tarp as I would have to sew by hand), and even just using spray adhesive/glue to hold the hem instead of sewing. Since most of what I found was at least a year or older, I'm hoping those of you who did this in the past could share your first hand lessons learned / what I would do differently knowing what I know now - before I start this project.
Thanks in advance for any input!
