    Operator UQ tips?

I’m looking forward to putting a new LL Operator UQ to good use this summer. Any tips/tricks from experienced users?

Get it hung right with no gaps. Make the primary suspension tighter than you may think.
Not the Operator but same rules apply on video below.
    Carry forth.

The Operator Habanero is very simple in features, which means there's not a lot to the setup, but you do have to be a little more careful in getting it right.

There's only a primary suspension, so the quilt will be free to slide along the suspension shock cord for positioning it where you want it on your torso. Like Shug said, get the tension on the suspension tight enough that it can lift the hammock a bit. If you need to tighten it, pull some of the shock cord through one of the mini biners and tie a new knot thus shortening the suspension length. If your hammock has UQ hooks, you might want to try them to see if you think they're helpful. Cinch the ends a little, unless you want venting for hot nights, but don't cinch them too tight or you can create gaps. There are no draft collars to help fill those gaps, but it's a 50° quilt, so you're not likely to use it on very cold nights. Do make sure at the foot end/side that the suspension shock cord runs OVER your legs/topquilt, and not under otherwise a big gap will open up. If you're anywhere near the temp rating, you might need some extra insulation to supplement below the knees, but that could vary from person to person.

    Hope that helps!

I'm testing a simple modification I did to this UQ, and made a small write-up of it here.
