I'm a life-long camper (though don't get to go as often as I'd like) and only in the last couple of years have tried to sleep in a hammock. I've found it difficult to find trees to hang onto at times and I've had difficulty staying warm in the spring/fall (much more than I expected), so I found the forum looking for portable stands and hope to find more solutions to keep me warm.
