Wondering if people can chime in about the fit and adjustments. This is my first setup. Is sure feels warm and comfortable but I am not sure if I am doing it right. IMG_0549.jpg

Well it looks ok, but the pics can't tell the whole story here, in my experience. First, the one problem I see is the draft tubes need to be inside the quilt, not out. Second, and it may not be an issue at all, is that (surprisingly to me) you can tighten the foot and head cords too snug and so if you feel a draft or a cold butt or hamstring, try loosening it a bit. If that doesn't work, you can tighten it accordingly.
Shug showed a great way to get more coverage on the diagonal by loosening the "wrong" side at both the head and foot ends, and tighten the sides your head and feet are on. This gets you the most coverage where you need it most.
Nice catch, thanks for that piece of advice, I didn't realize I even had draft collars. I was so excited when I got home from work I threw up the hammock and started tossing on my new quilts. I also worked at pulling the long ends out as shown in Shug's video. I am going to work on my setup more this week and sleep outside this weekend. I am planning to practice and finetuning as much as possible before I hike out into the woods on an actual backpack trip.
Much appreciation, Thank you.
