Yes, We need at least 60% Isopropyl Alcohol and most is 70%. I've seen 50% and that wont do. But isn't Ethanol very toxic systemically? They're using it around the sinks because bleach can damage some surfaces. But they are using bleach for the toilets & showers and have it on hand for folks to use.

Ethanol also called grain alcohol is what you drink in your alcoholic beverages. It is only toxic at very high levels. You are probably thinking of Methanol which is very toxic even at low levels. Methanol is what they add to Ethanol to make denatured alcohol. Heat in the yellow bottles is mostly Methanol.
