    WBBB XLC tarp interest

Just got a Warbonnet Blackbird XLC. Now that I have something to hang from a tree I am working on getting a proper camping setup.
My plan is to use a motorcycle as my travel platform to get to the spots.
I have been considering the UGQ XL Winterdream. Another detail is that I plan to take the 25 lb doggo and set him up his own chair hammock. This makes me lean towards the wider tarps.
I'm curious what other warbonnet Blackbird XLC users and motorcycle campers use for a hammock tarp.

Shug I must say, I was impressed with your review, the pop out detail was nice to see. A few qs for ya.
I'd guess you have checked out the winterdream, is it wider. I cant find a side by side review.
If it does have extra space is that a draw back in colder weather?

You really want good windblock in cold winter weather. Wind is what robs the heat out of your UQ and such.
    Superfly is 10 feet wide....https://www.warbonnetoutdoors.com/product/superfly/
    Winter Dream...116 inches....which is basically 9.6 inches.

Thank you shug, that is the opposite of what I was getting.
I was really looking at the winterdream xl. What I'm really curious is not the overall size, but the width inside when setup pullout to pullout , where the tarp goes most the way to the ground.

My XL winter tarp has spoiled me, nothing else compares when it comes to coverage. Whatever it takes, whichever brand you buy (this is the warbonnet subforum so I won't discuss other brands here) get an XL, you'll be glad you did!

Warbonnet products work as a system. I'm not saying it's wrong to mix-n-match components from different vendors, but I am saying I've been very pleased with how all of the Warbonnet products are engineered and sized to work together.
The game is the best teacher.
