I have a Hennesy assy with zip bugnet I bought off a friend , ridge line I measured at approx 109 inches can anybody tell me if this is a expedition, or explorer deluxe they both look very similar, it does seem a little short for me at 5ft 11inches tall though, can anybody help me out I did e mail Hennessy last week but not heard anything, prob very busy but thats expected in these times.

I have amended post, ridge line is 109 inches not 119 inches, I am used to metric, well thats my excuse for my mistake

Maybe you can find out by reading the Hennessy specs on each hammock.....https://hennessyhammock.co.uk/collections/hammocks
They have a lot of different ones.

    Thanks Shug
I did have a look at the specs before I posted on here, could you try and explain to me this measurement (Bottom Fabric Dimensions: 130" x 59" / 330 cm x 150 cm as on explorer deluxe specs) not sure what this measurement is referring to, is this the length of the actual fabric if you follow it in banana shape or stretched out flat,
By the way I cannot help but laugh at your videos, my wife wonders what the hell I am looking at very funny but so informative as well, picture paints a thousand words, just watched your Minnesota Northwoods for 2 nights. 2018 video, very hard core hanging for you guys and girls who camp out in those conditions, in Southern England where I come from we get about an 1 inch of snow if we are lucky, or unlucky ,because snow causes chaos here

All the best and keep making those videos when you have time.

Right, dragged hammock out from loft space and measured it following the fabric with string, got a tape out, and measured the string, looks like a expedition model, near 120 inches long ,thanks for making me have another look back at Hennessy specs again, was looking for ridge line length not hammock length which was the right way to go

The model is usually printed on the pack sack. I assume that you don't have that, because you probably would have seen it - but maybe your friend still has it?

    Hi

You guessed right he told me he thought it was a explorer deluxe, but after hanging in it for 6 or so times i reckon it might be too short for me hence the post trying to find out what it was, i have passed it on now to a happy shorter hanger, thanks for your help
