    Ridge Outdoor Pinnacle night out

Got to try out the Ridge Outdoor Gear Pinnacle hammock and tarp. Replaced the stock ridgeline with dynaglide and added whoopies. Hammock and tarp comes in under $90 stock. Hammock is very well made and light. Tarp is on the heavy side but I truck camp and don't care. All the seams are very nicely taped. Tarp window seemed dumb but I actually really liked it; very clear view. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Thanks, I’ll have to check out the tarp. I think it’s only $35 on Amazon

I saw them at Hangcon. the hammock looked great but I wasn't impressed with the tarp. That window scares me. Unless it was rolled up very carefully, I would not bet that it would last as long as the fabric.

    Clever design, though.

I bought a ridge hammock thinking it was a good way to give a GE hammock a try, but its not for me. If anyone wants it, let me know
