I was going to order some masks (as much for the ones that you donate as for myself), but the shipping cost is way off.

I think I just fixed it
On the masks, what size virus are they designed to filter?
I think this dreaded virus is 1 or 3 microns. Are the masks you are offering designed to filter out this small of a virus?

Thanks man, just got my ship notice on the xlc top, going to turn my Eldorado into an xlc. Got a tear in my stock cover, glad that’s all I got. My daughter was messing with my alcohol stove and it blew shooting fire out and singed my bug net, I didn’t know I could get out of a hammock so fast
These don't have any kind of rating for what size particle they will stop. Tests have been done showing simple cotton masks do work to a decent degree in helping to block droplets/air from a cough... but many healthcare workers are using a mask like this over top of their n-95 to extend the life of the n-95's that they are forced to re-use day after day, so in that case a mask like this would be used sort of like a washable pre-filter for your n-95 mask to help extend it's life
Thank you for the reply.I see people wearing the basic masks and wiskered face, I suspect the facial hair and lack of
a close fit negate the value of wearing the mask in the first place.
For me the mask helps me not touch my face.
Thanks for the heads up... got a Superfly, a sock, and some tarp skins.
Thank you for the heads up on the masks, I ordered two! I now might feel a little better when I'm out grocery shopping wearing some kind of mask and the hand sanitizer I keep in my car, a cloth mask has to be better than nothing!
Stay safe fellow hammockers!
