    Probably older than you

but a fresh face on this forum so howdy...I suffered for many years from 2 sleep disorders. Did all of the things required from the professionals and learned from that they were more interested in motioning than fixing. And the med thing...stay clear of that.

Then I discovered why the folks from certain 3rd world countries slept much better than those of us that could afford to plunk down thousands of dollars on beds could. They slept in hammocks. Now some 15 + years later any disorder I had and a shoulder issue plus Lordosis a condition to which I was born with have abated.

The fix was all mine, I owned it...no professionals. The knee issue that I see many talking about is easily fixed. If you sleep the banana style in a double X you can create ledges at the extreme sides of hammock that allow for angles to support the bend in the knee. And I would guess that most probably had a transition period before they reached that point where the actually looked forward to getting into their hammock...mine was roughly 6 weeks.
