Dutchware whoopie hooks

I am looking for a pair (or 1 if that is what you have) of whoopie hooks, either double or standard.

What do you need to get for them? Not to sound like a jerk but I don't want to pay any extra for the whoopies, I have enough Amsteel to reach the moon already.
