Old school Primus fuel bottles...

Does anyone know where to buy Primus or Optimus fuel bottles with the simple old fashioned screw-in lids rather than the absurd new child-proof caps?

I thought I'd use my Primus Himalaya VariFuel stove for my next outing rather than the SVEA 123 I usually pack, but one bottle lid is leaking and the other I simply can't open. (Maybe I need to find a child.) MSR bottles will not work; the threads are different.

Any suggestions, or bottles if you have 'em, would be much appreciated.

PS: If any of you machinist types out there decided to make simple old school screw caps for the Primus bottles I'd think you'd find a market. Just a thought.
