    Cool Hammock Paintings~~~

Funny how things come back into ones life at the most unexpected times. Painting has been calling me of late and hammocks will be one of my muses.
I've searched online for hammock paintings and found many, but most were spreader bar type hammocks. Not very many camping hammocks at all. Did find this one watercolor.....https://www.etsy.com/shop/ShugArtStu...platform-mcnav
I want to see camping hammocks and underquilts and tarps!

Now my brushes are starting to stroke out some hammock art. Only two so far but plans for many more.
And the Maple King of course.

All acrylic. Two on canvas. Maple King on foamcore board (all I had laying around)

Thanks for taking a peek at them.
    Winter scene next.

They look great. Does your talent have any limit?

Wow. You amaze me yet again Shug! You need to make/gather them, then put them up for sale! I am positive many of our hammock-addicted bretheren (including me!) would love to have one!

It is fun to get creative. Been waiting for the paint groove to come to me. Dabbled all my life but now at my age I can just do it for what it is. Not urgent need to make a living or income. Just slap it on and be done. When I get 40 done I am going to do a show at my wifes studio just for kicks.

Maybe some prints down the road if there is desire from folks. I'll have to do research on that though.
