Nice work going on up there in Sector Seven. I just got a new sketch pad myself and am sharpening up my pencil...
Love the subtle touch/presence of the can of Rose's in the Maple King's pack... don't leave home without it!

Shug, thats awesome! (please keep doing what you do---dont ever change!!!) Just curious, do you paint from memory, or do you take pictures on the trail and then paint at home ? (also, in the sunrise picture, is that "green bean"?)

FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
bear. If the bear just pushes the tree over and eats you, it's a grizzly bear : )

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me, either, just leave me alone.

Thanks. I went to school for art but was not as conceptual as I hoped for as a youth. More-so know as I am old!

I think we all know that moment in a hammock. Or at least we should.

I only have 3 talents and I shamelessly flaunt them.

Colored pencil is fun to work with. I went through a phase years ago.

Can't change now....! I used photo reference and then just paint it loosely.
That sun scene was not Greenbean but I made it Greenbean.

Shug, they are great! I love looking at what other people are able to create, whether it be painting, sketching, wood work, etc. It's all unique because it comes from your own mind and heart. I especially appreciate it because I can literally only draw stick figures.

    Really well done!
