I finally remembered to get some pictures of my travel setups.
My main kit is a ResMed AirMini with ResMed P10 nasal pillows, and Pilot 24 Lite battery. Great system, and I typically can get 2, sometimes 3 nights use out of the battery. I do a lot of motorcycle trips, and can charge the battery on the bike while I'm riding.

My secondary kit is a HDM/Breas Z2 Auto, with ResMed P10 nasal pillows. No battery for this yet, but it is a 12 volt system so I can use something more affordable and reasonable, such as one of the Talentcell batteries from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016BJCRUO...v_ov_lig_dp_it

The AirMini system is lighter and more compact, but the Z2 system is quieter and runs on 12v (vs AirMini 24v). I think once I get a battery for the Z2, that will be my preferred system.
Crazytown3 get rid of that 6 foot hose and get a 18 inch or 24 inch hose...

LOL but isn't longer better??
I think I will get a shorter hose. Much more manageable.
So now my question is- where do you, suspend it? Do you hang this from your ridgeline? Or would that cause excess sag?
Thank you for posting this, I got a recall letter today and it affects several generations back of Respironics units, including both units I currently use.
Sorry if this isn't exactly on topic, but I think it is pretty important ... so I will share what i found and did
I did quite a bit of research and these 2 videos are the best summary of the the recall info, I confirmed the contents with my doctor and also found the Phillips info that wasn't shared with the user

I stopped using my Respironics units after watching these and bought a ResMed S10 setup ... including the ResMed power converter going from 12V to 24V for camping
......... back on topic ......
I previously posted that I routinely got up to 14 days on my C266 12v battery ... this swap occurred less than a week before a scheduled 8 day camping trip, so I had very little time to acquire and test the battery setup
My initial 3 nights at home suggested that the ResMed uses a lot more power, so I reduced the unit pressure to 4 cm for the trip ... long story short, the setup lasted 5.5 days
So for those folks using ResMed devices on battery power, just be aware they use a lot more power (think ~2.5x) than the Respironic machines .... going forward, if/when they fix the Respironic units, I will likely keep them for camping/battery use and use the ResMed at home

Just make sure your ridgeline is using a non stretch cord like zing-it or lash-it and sag will not be an issue.
I have been designing and making bridge hammocks and the next set will be hanging the entire setup from the ridgeline and I expect absolutely no issues with sag.
