I can't really answer that question. However, I've used it over 30 nights with no problems.
TT ... concur that CPAPs can be pricey, but most manufacturers will supply a car cable, that is a way to run the CPAP from car power. Those cables have some sort of power conditioning to ensure compatibility with your unit.
Maybe check if your CPAP manufacturer has such a cable for use with "car power" and then you avoid a lot of the headache of compatibility, since using that cable and a battery is supported by the manufacturer.
I did that with my Respironics and have been using it with a battery since 2014 with no issues at all.

Anyone use the Phillips Dreamstation Go? Heard some mention of the Dreamstation but wasn't sure it was the Go version. Looks like it would reduce a lot of cords.
Guys can you show some pics of your set ups?
Just to add an option, it works for me, but it may not work for everyone.
I had my dentist fit me with a mandible reposition device. It is designed for folks with sleep apnea.
It has no batteries, it’s lightweight and I’ve taken in on quite a few backpacking and camping trips. I get better rest and I don’t wake myself up snoring.
Ask your dentist or sleep clinician if it might work for you.
I was looking to get a Dreamstation Go as I use a Dreamstation normally,
but there is a major recall by Phillips on almost all the Dreamstations.
Due to the recalls no one can sell them and Phillips is indicating about a year to replace the machines already in use.
