I will not be arriving until Saturday morning due to an unexpected family development. I'll still be bringing a weber grill and a short file pit with a grill top. Do we have enough charcoal? I'll likely bring some as well. I'll also bring some 2 liter sodas.

JD is bringing some charcoal which will probably be enough. I've always brought 2 small bags in the past and everytime I ended up bring one of the bags back. If you have some extra in an open bag, you can throw that in as a safety measure.

Will we have a fire pit near the pavilion? My appitizer is pre cooked but will require reheating and I was thinking rather than try to get some grill time or space I could reheat it over coals from the fire?

Yes, there's a fireplace/grill in the pavilon but the grate is too far away from the coals which is why we always have someone bring a grill. So the fireplace in the pavilon will be free. You can add some some charcoal to it and reheat as much as you want.

Warning the bed of the grill is far from the rack and it takes a while to heat up. If you had a rack or something to raise the charcoal like 4 inches you may fair better. It will heat up but burgers took quite a while.
