I'm bringing a friend from Reedsburg to the hang. She has never hammocked before, so bringing a tent. If anyone has gear to share it would be great for her to try for at least one night. We all had our first time TYIA. Also - I'm looking for advice on a phone charger for camping. Battery or solar? Any recommendations? thank you. Vicki

I would recommend a battery pack.

    New Hangers Welcome!!

Three weeks to go and three spots are still open. Grab your chance to get out and away from the new norm, relax in the shade, take a swim, do some fishing, or even just lay in your hammock. Don't be apprehensive, and don't be shy; grab your spot while there's still time. We will have many seasoned hammock lovers there to answer your questions and help you dial in your system if needed.

Vicki and I were chatting about different options to get her gear (mainly her cooler) to the site since her fear was not having enough room in her kayak. When I was in Aldi's I saw these amazing floaty animals. I suggested she put her cooler on it and pull it behind her kayak. She chose to go a different route. However, in my head this is what I picture!
