My 40* Wookie against my WB BB and then my HG 30* 3/4 under everything, or quilts vice versa?
Since there are no adjustments, I believe, on the wookie I would put that one first. Loosen the primary suspension on the HG, then tighten carefully so you don't compress the wookie.

Then 3/4 loosened just a wee bit.
