Need more info. Where are you camping, how long will you go between resupply, and how much do you want to spend.

How much weight are you willing to shoulder

Im a big fan of osprey packs something in the 85 liter range would surely be large enough. The ather series is a great pack. You can go smaller if your willing to cough up money for ultralight stuff

Rather that "pack" for all seasons, during the snow season you can drag your gear in a sled. That way you can size your pack for the more spring/summer months. Why pay - in weight/size/price for gear sufficient for two or three months of the year and then have to use it during the remainder nine months of the year. In other words, I could carry my winter pack during day hikes in the summer, but why do that.
But that's just me and my soapbox - the myth of "one thing fits all" during a year with spring/summer/fall/winter seasons.
In order to see what few have seen, you must go where few have gone. And DO what few have done.
Maybe check out Seek Outside backpacks.

I personally have several different bags and sizes. I really recommend multiple bags. But if you really want only 1 bag to rule them all.
