There are lots of ways, but it would be easier to narrow in on a suggestion if you can provide a little bit more info. You mentioned leaving lines attached to the tarp, but how will you be adjusting the guylines? Will you use any tensioning hardware like LineLocs or TarpWorms? Will you be using knots only?

One way without any additional hardware is to tie a marlinspike hitch in your guyline, using the stake as a toggle. Then just stick the stake in the ground at the location that gives you the desired pitch and tension.

If you're using tensioning hardware like LineLocs or TarpWorms and you want that hardware at the tarp end of the guylines, you could tie or splice a loop in the stake end of your guyline and either treat the Ti nail as you would a shepherd's hook, simply securing the loop over the stake which you'd drive into the ground at an angle; or you can form a loop to loop knot between the guyline and the loop of cord on the stake. See image.

There are a bunch of other ways too, but again it would be easier to make a specific suggestion if you can provide a little more info about the rest of the setup you plan to use.

    Sorry
I currently use lash it loops with fleas larks headed on tarp tie outs
I also use 6' of lash it larks headed onto the ti nail stakes pull cordage

That's a good enough method. If you want to separate the stakes from the lines for storage in a way that is a little quicker than undoing the loop to loop knots, you could lark's head the guyline directly to the Ti nail. Works best if you sink the stake at an angle that will be perpendicular to the guyline. You have to be careful not to sink the Ti nail too far, which is one reason I prefer shepherds hooks to the nails most of the time.

The way you described yourself is pretty solid; it just takes a little fiddling to undo the loop to loop knots. If you don't mind a weight penalty, you could use a small S-biner between the guyline and stake pull cord.

Same reasoning as MikekiM in post 18, tarp lines stay on tarp, to prevent losing or forgetting them.

On YouTube one of my videos
    David Hughes
    No Knot Tieouts

Shows several ways to attach line to stake when setting up. Also they are quick release and nonjamming. The last one shown is called multi wrap pile hitch—it holds stake with a powerful grip—highly unlikely to slip off top of stake. This helps keep from losing stake. When packing, just slip it off bottom of stake and all wraps disappear when you pull line taut.

I like the feature of my Hennessy tarps that have a little pocket for stashing each tarp cord right in the triangular piece that he uses to attach the cords. It’s a delightful and insightful feature that keeps the cords out of the way when storing my tape.

My tarp lines stay attached to the tarp. I use Dutch Fleas for tensioning.

I use MSH at stake end, which has worked well for a long time with Ti shepherd hooks.

I tension at the tarp end with a friction knot (Blake's hitch), although with Lash-it/Zing-it some sort of hardware is usually necessary.

In addition to the ideas already given, you can use line lock hooks. Have them on the line attached to the tarp and simply hook into the grab line on the stake. This is what I do, except I have it reversed with the line attached to the stake and I hook into a strand of cordage attached to the tarp tie out loops.

This is how I do my tarp doors. Allows me to hook to the tether on the stakes, the opposite ground corner or the opposing doors corner.
