The 2020 Sherpa Hang will be Feb 21-23 at Gator Hole in Green Swamp West. After our last trip to Creekside and wading thru ankle deep water the decision was made to return to Gator Hole again this year.

I will miss the swimming hole if its as hot in February as it has been in the past 2 years, but I understand! Count me in. ETA, Friday round noon, but I think I said the same thing in November. Oh well, only off by an hour!

Just up the trail from Gator Hole is a sand pit with water! Just off the trail is a sand grade to the waters edge. Could almost maybe possibly be beach like. Thing is after your dip by the time you get back to camp you will be a stinking mess. But then Gator Hole has that cool clear water under those trees.
