You need a minimum of 50 posts to submit a thread to For Sale otherwise I'd have posted a few items.
We love our gear to much to sell it
I’ve also noticed that lately the For Sale section doesn’t seem to be nearly as busy as in the past. Wonder if the FaceBook groups are thinning out traffic here?
It's me. I just stopped buying and selling stuff all the time
50 or more posts isn't much at all. Contributing to the forums keeps it fresh. I like to know that whoever I'm buying from has a history and not just someone who joins just to flip gear and is never seen from agan.
I'm geared out and have everything dialed in too, so really don't need anything.
Good point and I'm sure it's valid. I don't do fakebook and have no interest to do so.
For a while there, you had an economy going that would rival 3rd world countries.
Andy, the quickest/easiest way to get 50 posts in is just to write a review on a piece of equipment that you use and then respond (with an INDIVIDUAL post) to each reply to your thread. Then maybe start another thread asking for advice on a gear related problem you’re experiencing or a piece of gear you’re considering and then, once more, respond to every reply. I know when I was first trying to reach the 50 benchmark it seemed insurmountable...until I wrote about the snugpak Underblanket I had purchased. Then 50 flew by!
In retrospect, I’m glad there’s a 50 requirement...it helps get you comfortable being a PARTICIPANT rather than just settling in as a viewer.
