Hammock Gear - Dyneema Fiber Standard Tarp With Doors
Hammock Gear - Dyneema Fiber Palace Tarp
Warbonnet - Superfly
UGQ - Winterdream
UGQ - Winterdream XL
Adding to “JoshandBaron’s” comment. Warbonnets tarps are all available in a custom configuration. Meaning you can choose the 13’ length for any of them...I believe. You mentioned in your OP that you wanted the most coverage, which the Superfly certainly provides...another great option is the Mountainfly. I ordered mine specifically for the RidegRunner in the custom 13’ length and love it! So I’ll use the Cloudburst for nights not expecting rain and the Mountainfly for almost any other time, especially in bad weather.
One last note: the custom tarps, when choosing the 13’ length, Warbonnet installs the underside rings for your bug net, they’re awesome! Hope this helps.
Here are the specs from my order:
Winter Haven 4-Season Tarp Color/Fabric: Silpoly XL - U-Pick (+1 week to ship) Length:: 13 Foot Catenary Cut:: Yes Side Panel Pull Outs:: Yes, Ridge Runner Spacing (78") Door Ends:: With Snaps Line Locs:: Swap for D-Rings Reflective Guyline Cord:: 50' Ridgeline Cord Options:: Pair of Flyz spliced to (2) 12' Zing It lines Tarp Pole Set:: Interior - Triple Pole Tent Stakes:: 7” Heavy Duty Titanium Stakes
That's kind of hard to read, but if you look at the ordering options it will make sense. I ordered the 3 interior poles as well.
Hope that helps.
Well, if you want as many options as possible :

I use a 13' SLD Wind Haven most of the time with my RidgeRunner. Basically it is just not as wide as the Winter Haven specs that KirbyC posted above.
13' cat cut, snaps on doors, d-rings instead of line locs
I have the interior 2 pole mod on the Wind Haven (he will match them to where the spreader bars are on the RR), but I probably would get all 3 poles if doing it again so that you have more options as to which poles to use (sometimes I just like the middle pole with a gathered end hammock).
I bought mine 4 years ago before knew enough to customize it the way Jared could. He now offers more as well. So mine is pretty basic with external pole kit. But I love it. I car camp a lot and hike in only a few times a year so I am not worried about the weight of the sil-poly. Jared gives great customer service and made me feel comfortable asking too many questions. I guess if I did more hiking I might consider something that weighs less but only if Jared made it. Highly recommended
Comic sums up how pretty well how I am feeling by now. I am happy knowing that any of these tarps will be great. Really appreciate all the great ideas and experience! I think I can say that 24 perimeter tie-outs seems a bit much even for my excess water coverage desires.

Think I have settled on the Superfly. Only two questions remain for me. One, does the internal center pole play nicely with the Ridgerunner? Seemed like if the focus was pushing the very middle of the tarp out blowing wind could cause pressure on the spreader bars. Two, anyone got snazzy photos of the colors in action?
One thing about using a Winterdream with a Ridgerunner that no one has yet mentioned: when you order the tarp from UGQ, you can specify that the tarp will be used with a Ridgerunner. They will then move the side pullout locations to match the spreader bars of the RR. A very nice customization at no charge from them.
