TrikerTom and his son Chris at Meadowbrook will be opening to out of state guests starting July 1st. Something to consider.

You're correct for the time being. It seems paddling and hiking accessible sites will be open in Phase 2:
"On June 1, 2020, Governor Baker issued COVID-19 Order No. 35, clarifying the progression of the
Commonwealth’s phased workplace re-opening plan and authorizing certain re-opening preparations at
Phase II workplaces. Consistent with this Order, as part of Phase II of the Commonwealth’s reopening,
campground services will be permitted to expand camping opportunities by opening sites for reduced
capacity camping for tents, non-self-contained campers, and campsites accessed by trail or water (these
may include privies, primitive cabins, lean-tos or tent platforms), all subject to the limitations set forth
below. Shared indoor amenities other than restrooms will remain closed. "
