COOLEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER! - A Collapsible Receiver Hitch Hammock Stand!

My wife's stepdad made me the coolest present for Christmas! I hope the picture shows up.

I bought him the Ridgreunner for Christmas, and he made the collapsible receiver hitch hammock stand.

I edited this post to include to show what it looks like in transport mode. It sets up in less than 30 seconds, and collapses in the same amount of time. The channel iron provides a very convenient shelf for phones, shoes, etc.

Thanks, he really went above and beyond. I complained earlier this year that there wasn't a hammock stand that would fit my ridgerunner, so he took it upon himself to make this.

When we tried it out today, it immediately became evident that another one needs to be made and put in the front receiver hitch. Then you can hang THREE MORE hammocks. He made it heavy duty enough to be able to hold four fat sleepers for sure.

Dope af. I likes! Those things cost like $300. How much would he charge us to make.

I'm surprised you recognized that for what it was! It works great! It holds about 5 gallons and we only use a gallon a shower if we're careful.
