    Total pack weight 26 pounds including food
    To reduce pack weight today I’ll have to eat 6 meals every day
    Pack has everything but water
    I’ll get water on trail and carry little or no water, stopping4coffee from time2time

    Time management related to building strong habits and having a routine, so I won’t have2think

    And related2 reasonable goal setting
    And related to eliminating unnecessary motion
    I was a slow wrestler and got moves done quicker by eliminating unnecessary steps

    With that in mind...
