    Alone: A Solo Winter Camp

Cold, snow, fire, steak, calm, peaceful, quiet. Solo winter campout in Minnesota. It doesn't get much better.

I took my XLC out for low key winter camp. It was great.

    Merry Christmas!

That looked SO peaceful. Thanks for bringing us. I'm thinking of heading out into the woods tonight or tomorrow to get away from things myself.

Christmas tunes around camp... that's a nice touch.
Yes, my pack weighs 70lbs, but it's all light weight gear....

Great video. Well done. Bet the steak was good. Good idea about the dead man for your tarp.

You have skills with your camera, your editing software, a flare for music that matches the video, and an all around sense of what makes good film. Cudos Love the video.

I like the deadman as well. I am curious though, were you just testing it out? It didn't look like weather was going to be much of a factor. I love to sleep without the tarp in temps like that because I feel it helps mitigate the moisture build up.
Perhaps a foldable saw would aid you in your next adventure. Perhaps a pulk as well?

Anyhow, liked your channel so I subbed you as well. Cheers awesome video.
