    Winter dream tarp guy outs

Double split rings vs linelocs. Any benefit of one over the other? Weight, functionality, durability...

I like linelocs on my winter tarps, makes setup in snow super easy. Bury a stick on the end of your guyline in snow, take up most of the slack with the lineloc, then tighten them up when you turn in and the show has frozen over.

My other tarps have guylines attached directly to them. Just wrap lines around your stake and step it in the ground.

I know this is an old post but Im curious about your Nama Claws. Do you use them on your guy lines, and if so, how? Are they attached to your tarp or are they attached to your stakes? Ive got some Nama Claws that I use on one of my Tarps Ridgeline but Ive got a few extra Ive been wanting to use. Im not completely in love with the LineLoc 3's on my guy-outs.
