Hammock, quilt, sleepingbag, hammocksock in one big sack

Does anyone have experience (When hiking) with packing and unpacking your hammock with your sleepingbag/topquilt still in, and you underquilt attached?
I consider buying an drysack which Can hold it all, and let the whoopies hang out for super Quick setup and takedown on hikingtrips and Would like to hear your experiences.

You bet! It's the only way to fly....

Mine is an 11' vented winter sized version. Going back in time, I probably would have gone for the 10' as they is more than enough room for the ends to scrunch inward a bit.

I should probably add that the "winter" is just that... a very wide all winter gear catch all with my bulkiest kit. Hammock w/integrated bug net, 20* UQ w/UQP, 20* TQ, snugpak Jungle blanket, climashield pillow, sleeping head gear, breath bib, and a few other soft "sleeping kit" I'll change into before bed.

If you're interested in it be sure to read the description for some helpful information on the length and size that might best suit your purposes. I'm not a real ounce counter so a little on the larger size is better for me than trying to shave off a few feet of fabric and have to do a more careful "stuff" job. YMMV

Nowdays, the lazy slug tube is more of a DIY project I think since the owner of the company that used to do them (Wilderness Logic) passed away a bit over a year ago and the company is no more.

Pretty much the same concept as the catch-all. SLD's prices are really excellent, it's customizeable, great quality and customer service is bar none. Typical turn-around... even on custom specs is usually "order today, it ships tomorrow".

You can check out this thread for SLD info and there are several catch-all threads.
