Started a YouTube channel, enjoy - 2 nights backpacking to bear lake lean to

    Hey everyone,

I am not a huge poster, and do more learning than teaching and sharing around here. I figured I'd try and contribute to the community. I have a few videos on youtube that I think some would enjoy watching.

Here is the most recent video of me in the adirondacks with a few of my friends. Bear lake lean to.

2 nights. Got to use my hammock down close to 0 and was warm as could be. I also tried out the hot tent that my friend was using.

Quick note on hot tents....they are not as enjoyable as youd think to sleep in. However they are awesome to hang out in before you crawl into your hammock for a good night's sleep. Just my opinion after trying both back to back.

Being from GA, that kind of camping is a totally foreign concept, but you made it look like a lot of fun. Great video!

Thanks, it's actually got a lot of advantages over other seasons. No people, no bugs, peaceful, and quiet. Just have to be prepared is all.
